SHIPPING
We ship to the UK with Royal Mail 

All items are dispatched on the same day if before 3pm UK

UK
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (24 hours from dispatch) - £4.45 (Free over £80)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (48 hours from dispatch) - £3.35 (Free over £80)

Please note, orders placed after 3pm GMT will not be shipped until the following business day.

Orders placed under sale events, please allow up to 5 business days.

Returns are paid for by the customer at present. Shipping is non-refundable

 

Local Delivery

By choosing Local Delivery, you give permission for the THEIA BRAND Team to deliver your parcel to the shipping address provided and/or to follow delivery notes provided by you, the customer.

This includes permission to leave in a Safe Place if the delivery note allows it. Safe Place delivery will only take place if the delivery note specifies this. THEIA BRAND Team will not be responsible after delivery to your specified safe place.

You, the customer, give permission for THEIA BRAND Team to contact you via email or any social media that you provide within the delivery note to schedule a delivery date and time that is appropriate for you, the customer.

The THEIA BRAND Team aims to deliver your parcel within one working day. Where this is not possible, THEIA BRAND Team will aim to deliver your parcel within three working days max.

Royal Mail International Tracked (Up to 11 business days) - £25

AFTER SHIPPING

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If this is not done, we have the right to refuse the return.

 

RETURNING BACK TO US

We cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged returns which are shipped without a signed for label. 

Once we’ve received your parcel back, we will be in touch via email to confirm this and your refund will be on it's way to you
